What makes this program founder-first?
We align completely with your interests by taking no equity and imposing no institutional constraints. Our success is measured by your success—creating a true partnership focused on your growth.
What resources do you provide?
Startups are expected to actively engage in the program, work hard on product development, customer validation, and business strategy, and aim to be investor- and/or market-ready by the program’s end.
How long is the program?
12 months.The first 6 months are intensive—expert coaching sessions and workshops designed to accelerate your progress. Some are mandatory to ensure you build on proven frameworks; others are voluntary based on what your company needs most.The second 6 months shift to ongoing coaching and on-demand mentorship as you scale. You get support when you need it, without wasting time when you don't.
Do you provide funding?
Not directly—but we connect you to the VCs and angel investors who matter. Our network gives you warm introductions to capital partners who understand what you're building. KBC Group has recently launched a €100 million fund for our Belgian flagship, Start it @KBC's startups. This includes the Start it Fund for early-stage startups actively fundraising during the program, and a later-stage fund through KBC Securities—addressing what founders told us they needed most: direct access to capital from partners who already know their potential.
While this fund currently operates in Belgium, Start it @K&H focuses on what we can deliver now: proven frameworks, expert coaching, and the connections that get you in front of the right investors.
Do you provide free office space?
Yes. 12 months, free.
